Okta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration Exam
You can earn the Okta Certified Professional certification by passing this Okta Classic exam. The Okta Professional Certification Hands-On Configuration Exam will be discontinued on June 1, 2024.
Announcement: The Okta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration Exam that is based on the Okta Classic Engine and has 15 discrete option multiple-choice (DOMC) items and four hands-on use cases will be discontinued on June 1, 2024. The last date to take this exam is May 31, 2024. After this date, candidates for the Okta Certified Professional certification will need to take the Okta Certified Professional Hands-On Configuration exam for OIE. The Okta Certification team is aligning our exam catalog with the Okta Identity Engine.
Okta Certified Professionals possess knowledge about secure identity management and mobility concepts. They have hands-on experience completing day-to-day operational tasks to support users of the Okta service. Professionals have familiarity with Okta technology and processes related to simple directory integration, single-sign on federation, and application provisioning aspects of User Life Cycle Management.
The Okta Professional Hands-On Configuration exam assesses your knowledge and skill in a live Okta Classic environment. Experience performing Okta administration activities is needed to do well on this exam. The information provided in this course includes 10 demonstration videos. The videos demonstrate the actual tasks you will be asked to perform during the exam.

- Exam consists of two parts:
- Part I = 15 Discrete Option Multiple Choice (DOMC) items
- Part II = Four performance-based hands-on use cases
- Total Exam Time = 150 minutes (30 minutes for Part I and 120 minutes for Part II)
